LeagueApps Play is a team management and communications app that is completely free for players, parents, coaches, and staff to download, and it is also ad-free.

To utilize the Play app and access features such as viewing schedules, RSVPing, and sending communications, all you need to do is be registered with a team or tournament supported by LeagueApps. Simply sign in to the app using the same email and password credentials that were used during registration.

The Play app greatly enhances coaches' ability to manage their teams, communications, games, and events, resulting in an improved sports experience for parents and athletes. The app automatically syncs schedules, rosters, tournament brackets, and more directly from LeagueApps, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry or additional maintenance.

Designated Coaches and Staff can use the Play app for the following purposes:
- Communicate high-priority coach notes that will be sent as emails and push notifications while also being displayed as alerts in the app, ensuring that no one misses them.
- Create and manage games and events with instant notifications.
- Add custom locations and include external teams when adding games and events.
- Track attendance as the team arrives.
- Enter game scores directly in the mobile app.
- View roster and player details, including invoice status.

Players, Parents, Coaches, and Staff can use the Play app for the following purposes:
- View team schedules for all family members participating in teams and tournaments registered through LeagueApps.
- RSVP for games, tournaments, practices, and more while also accessing location information and directions.
- Respond to coach notes, send chat messages, and receive real-time notifications to stay up to date.
- Register for open programs organized by their team leaders.
- Manage account settings and invoice payments.
- Conveniently reference team rosters and find contact information for staff and parents.
- Access automatically updated LeagueApps tournament brackets, league standings, and scores.
